J-Bars

Evergreen Plastics, Inc. has been producing high quality J-Bars for 13 years and during this time we have never had a reported failure except when they are supposed to fail - in a crash!  Our J-Bars contain a metal insert that reinforces the bolt holes and assures that the J-Bars stay properly aligned across the chain. The insert also guarantees that the bolt holes match the bolt pitch of the chain - no hammer needed to install!

Pusher Lugs, Chain Guides, Scanner Lugs, Bearing Blocks

Evergreen Plastics, Inc. makes pusher lugs, chain guides, scanner lugs, round lugs and bearing blocks for the wood products industry. The chain guides match the J-Bars and pusher lugs we manufacture. All parts are made out of high quality polyurethane for superior performance.

Sorter Discs

Evergreen Plastics, Inc. manufactures sorter discs for the recycling industry. Our urethane, which we have custom formulated, is designed to be very abrasion resistant, but at the same time to be able to "grab" items well during the single stream recycling process. Customers receive a high performance wheel which also includes an aluminum insert.

Low Rebound (Energy Absorbing) Polyurethane

Evergreen Plastics, Inc. has been providing low rebound polyurethanes to a variety of industries for many years. Our low rebound formula will stop movement without bouncing back (energy absorbing) and also reduce noise. It provides superior cushioning and anti-vibration properties and can be bonded to metal and other materials. We can make a low rebound product in any shape or size that you need.
